My name is Amy Hall and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. I am based in Cheshire. I offer therapy for conditions which are made worse by stress and anxiety. Hypnotherapy is very effective at reducing stress levels at both a subconscious and conscious level.

I offer a gentle but effective course of treatment which focuses on the present and future. It is not necessary to delve into the past. My sessions are calm and constructive. It is my purpose to enable you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Within the sessions I will explain how the brain works and how we can train it to work for us and make us more resilient. It is my aim to equip you with the tools and skills to be able to handle life’s challenges calmly and rationally.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis induces a deep relaxation which dissipates stress and enables us to use our brain more rationally, when we are rational we are in control. Regardless of the therapy used, control is the goal. Control of ourselves and our actions is always the ultimate aim.

My Approach

I love the quote: “Make TODAY so beautiful that your YESTERDAY is something you will smile about TOMORROW.”

This sums up the approach I use called Solution Focused Therapy. By positively focusing on the present and the future we can change our thoughts and behaviours.
